Why Join a Small Group?

Small Groups have the amazing ability to transform a large church congregation setting into a small, very personal, intimate group studying and discussing God's word while experiencing the wonderful fellowship of others in the church.  Small Groups focus on your Spiritual growth, fellowship and authentic relationship building, praying and caring for those in your group, your church and your community and reaching out to the community and the world by serving others.

Here are six reasons you should join a Small Group:

  1. Small Groups are a family of people within the larger church family that study, pray and fellowship together so that everyone might be cared for and known.
  2. Small Groups provide opportunities for more interaction, discussion, encouragement, prayer and growth in Christ.
  3. Small Groups allow for in-depth Bible study beyond our worship hour, exploring those parts of the Bible that the group wants to explore with open discussion for better understanding of what God is saying to us through His Word.
  4. Small Groups provide time for fellowship with others so that you get to truly know those in your group as individuals and not just as faces in the congregation.
  5. Small Groups members pray together for everyone in the group, for individuals with special needs as well as for our church and community needs - and those prayers extend throughout the week following the meeting.
  6. Small Groups provide a means for you, as part of a group, to serve others in the community and to be a witness for God's love and grace in your life to help others to come to know Jesus Christ.

Seek a deeper relationship with God and a loving and caring relationship with others - join a Small Group.
